Decided to return to the festival but come an hour earlier to try and get better parking and beat the crowds. Arrived around 9:15 and still had to park halfway up Monsarrat. A twenty minute walk in the blazing sun with heavy camera equipment got me thinking about shave ice. Many of my pictures were of the Nakasone Dance Academy. Cute and adorable little kids in brightly colored costumes made for some great pics.
